Each piece is in perfect condition, signed: "Pigeon Forge Pottery Tenn." A great example of Appalachian Mountain Modern. The Pigeon Forge Pottery crater glazes have become one of the most sought-after glazes made by Pigeon Forge Pottery. They are often referred to as "volcanic" or "lava" glaze. The crater glaze was developed and made in several colors. The vase and pinch pot are executed in black and white and are being offered as a pair. The surface of each vessel is beautiful.
